Tyra's and Jayden's Birthday and Tyra's Baptism

Tyra celebrated her birthday on July 28th and turned 8 years old! We had our usual mini celebration at home with the fam. and took her to eat at her choice of restaurant, Red Robin. We told them at Red Robin that it was her birthday so they sang a song to her, which she was very embarassed about.:)
       On Aug 3 she was able to be baptized. Grandma and Grandpa Hillgrove were able to make the very long trip to Kansas from California on plane and train. We were so happy to have them here and were very grateful for their sacrifice of travelling so far to be there for Tyra. We had the baptism and then it was Jayden's 6th birthday the next day so we took the kids to play at Chuck E. Cheese and then went to Steak n Shake for dinner. After dinner we headed back home and had Despicable Me cupcakes for Jayden's birthday. It was a very busy day, but well worth the memories.
