O Christmas Tree

The tradition in our house is to put the tree up the day after Thanksgiving and this year was no exception. We are always very eager to get it up because we love the ambiance it brings! We have a huge tree so it takes a while to get up. but then the kids go to town and get it decorated at light speed. Then we sprinkled a touch of Christmas in every room, well most of them. :)

A couple of weeks later we had our ward breakfast where we had a special visitor!

And of course the last little bit of christmas cheer and tradition was making a gingerbread house. I found this neat litle kit that comes with all the walls already made, frosting and candy. It made it much easier for Mom and Dad.:)
